Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing online user activities, promotions, and campaigns tailored to a diverse international audience, to effectively drive business growth šCollaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams, providing support in devising and setting up campaigns šAnalyzing data results in order to generate insights and recommendations for campaign enhancement and performance optimization šUndertake thorough quality assurance (QA) responsibilities for all active campaigns, monitoring and ensuring adherence to established guidelines, industry best practices, and organization standards to maintain the highest level of satisfaction for our global user base šEngage in active cooperation with various teams across the organization, working collaboratively to continuously improve overall user experience by identifying and addressing points of friction šIntroducing continuous innovative solutions to provide engaging and seamless journey for our customers
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree and relevant work experience in digital marketing planning and execution within the tech, gaming, internet, or e-commerce sectors, with a primary focus on B2C marketing campaigns šThe ideal candidate will possess prior experience in implementing and configuring marketing automation and/or CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or similar systems šDemonstrated success in growing and managing a robust user base, utilizing advanced digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques to effectively engage, nurture, and retain customers šA deep understanding of and a strong inclination towards the rapidly evolving crypto, blockchain, and technology industries, accompanied by the ability to adapt to market developments and apply current trends in digital marketing to achieve growth objectives šProficiency in written and spoken English is compulsory, with fluency in Spanish regarded as a highly desirable asset in order to facilitate seamless communication with various teams and audiences within the organization
